Today was a hard day

Today I had to say good bye

To the person I love.

Today I closed a very important chapter

In the book of my life

And I must start a new page

A blank page, with out you.

Today I had to hug this silence and

Dry my own tears,

In the emptiness.

Today I let you go, love of my life

And it hurts the mark of your absence.

I will smile again, I know,

Even without you

I will laugh again.

I will love again.

Even if I have to wait a century to do so.
